Claire Gallagher is an Associate in the law firm of Silverman, Bikkal & Sandberg, LLP, in White Plains, New York, where she practices immigration and nationality law.

Ms. Gallagher earned her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an Articles Editor of the Journal of Transnational Law. She was also selected to participate in the Columbia Human Rights Internship Program, and interned at the Law Association for Asia and the Pacific in Sydney, Australia.

Ms. Gallagher is currently the Secretary of the Diversity Committee of the Westchester County Bar Association and a member of the Board of Directors of the Junior League of Westchester on the Sound. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Westchester County Women’s Bar Association.
