Duane Fielder was born in 1953 and attended Syracuse University where he earned his B.A. degree in 1975. He attended New York University School of Law and the California Western School of Law, where in 1978 he received his Juris Doctor. In 1979, Duane Fielder was admitted to the bar of New York as well as the U.S. District Court in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Duane Fielder concentrates his legal practice in the areas of Medical Malpractice and Negligence Litigation. Duane handles Medical Malpractice cases for our firm.

Duane Fielder is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and a past member of the NYSTLA's Medical Malpractice Committee.
